PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a fault caused by pulling through an ordinary wire rope in the case of reerecting of a steelframe column. SOLUTION: In the case of reerection of a steel frame column 10, after partially loosening of nuts 241 for fastening a base plate 14, the edge 26 of the base plate is raised to rotate the steel frame column 10 with a steel support 20 for supporting the base plate 14 taken as a supporting point around either straight line L1 of two straight lines mutually perpendicular on the base plate 14 passing the above supporting point until the other straight line L2 becomes horizontal. Next, after partially loosening of other nuts 241, 242, the another edge 30 of the base plate 14 is raised to rotate the steel frame column with the steel support 20 taken as the supporting point around another axis L2 until one axis becomes horizontal.
