PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a brake operating element to give a good operating feeling by generating a braking force distribution over the front and rear wheel brakes when a vehicle is reversing so that a finely controlled braking operation to comply with the deceleration in reversing can be realized. SOLUTION: The first brake 4 is equipped with a secondary hydraulic master cylinder 12, and these are supported on a front axle 24 so that they make turning together toward the front of the vehicle body in association with the rotation of a disc rotor 8 when the vehicle running forward is to be braked. A push rod 14 is pivoted on a front suspension 13, and it is arranged so that a piston 32 in the secondary hydraulic master cylinder 12 is intruded by the push rod 14 into the cylinder bore 31 when the brake 4 and master cylinder 12 make turning together. An input hydraulic chamber 33 is formed on the side with the cylinder bore opening part of the major diameteric portion 32a of the piston 32, while an output hydraulic chamber 34 is formed on the side with the cylinder bore bottom part of the major diameteric portion 32a. The input hydraulic chamber 33 is put in communication with the primary master cylinder 3 and a caliper hydraulic chamber 22 in the caliper body 9 of the first brake 4. The output hydraulic chamber 34 is put in communication with the caliper body 11 of the second brake 5.
