PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an optimum plan configuration of a building, even if the shape of the site is deformed other than a rectangle or the direction is considerably deviated from north and south. SOLUTION: A lumber-room 3a, gardens 3b and 3c, a parking space 3d, and an approach 3e are arranged to the south and east of a site 1, and after the boundary line 1a is confirmed that it is not inconvenient to the conditions of the adjacent land, a building is arranged so as to be near to the boundary line 1a. According to the conditions of law or the like, leaving a wall-surface distance and an edge distance of the eaves, a wall surface line 4a parallel to the boundary line 1a is determined. Wall surface lines 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, and 4f other than this wall surface line 4a are set so as to surround the remaining region excepting the regions of the lumber-room 3a, the gardens 3b and 3c, the parking space 3d, and the approach 3e, so that the shape of the remaining region is nearly set to the similar or the same shape.
