PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the sticking and facilitate the mounting of a decorative board by sticking a decorative sheet on the surface of a woody plate and an adhesive tape having a micro-sucker structure on the reverse side through a cushioning material. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2 is stuck over the surface of a woody base plate 1, and an adhesive tape 4 having a micro-sucker structure is stuck to the reverse side thereof through a cushioning material 3 to form a decorative plate 5. The adhesive tape 4 has fine crater-like dents on the surface of an adhesive layer, and the dents act as sucker to a matter to be adhered. Even if the woody plate 1 or a building bed is thus slightly irregular, the cushioning material 3 absorbs it, and the decorative plate 5 can be surely stuck to the building bed by the adhesive tape 4 having the micro-sucker structure. The use of the adhesive tape 4 makes the adhesive degree with the building bed having a synthetic resin film stuck to the whole surface proper, so that the re-adhesion can be sufficiently performed even if the decorative plate 5 is re- stuck or shifted a plurality of times.
