PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for lightweight banking method which dispenses with a drilling work at site, capable of easily fitting the panel for lightweight banking method irrespective of the erection accuracy of a stay, and capable of allotting staggered joints in addition to straight joints, and its fitting method. SOLUTION: A panel for lightweight banking method to be used for a decorative material or a protective material of the lightweight banking method is provided with a slit groove 3 to slidably fit a receiving hardware 4 for fitting the panel along its width direction on the fitting surface side of a panel 1, the slit groove 3 to slidably fit the receiving hardware 4 for fitting the panel in its width direction on the fitting surface side of the panel 1, the receiving hardware 4 is slidably fitted to the slit groove 3, a fixing hardware 7 fitted to the other end of the receiving hardware 4 is hooked to a stay 8, and tightened and fixed by a nut 8.
