PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a case that frictional resistance of the ground is large, in an agitator for improving the ground by agitatedly mixing excavation soil and a caking agent to fixedly form the mixture in a quadrangular section. SOLUTION: An agitator 1 has a molded blade 4 formed so that a circle where there is no obstacle in rotation of agitating blades 3 and a nearly triangular pyramid formed a cross section of a nearly triangle in which a quadrangle is circumscribed to the circle as a bottom surface and formed a vertex by reducing two side of a triangle on a cylindrical surface included the circle are put together a top and bottom of two bottom faces. The moulded blade 4 is not rotate with an excavating shaft 2, frictional resistance is decreased as for the first stage forced into the ground, and a frictional area is gradually increased. Accordingly, it is possible to decrease the frictional resistance at the time of constructing, to easily construct at the ground other than an extremely weak ground such as peat, and to shorten a construction term of works.
