PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt mounting unit structure of a form for manufacturing a concrete product for coupling between two opposed anchor bolts by a coupler by hitting the bolts by exposure in an end face of the product or a recess of the end to integrate divided and manufactured concrete products, applying a tensile stress between the bolts by the coupler to generate an axial force, and urging a contact surface by a pressing force. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt mounting unit structure of a form for manufacturing a concrete product comprises an end face member 60 having a plurality of recess part inserts 40 opened with insertion holes 30 of anchor bolts and fixed to the member 60 to project and embed threaded parts of the bolts to and in threaded parts 25 of the bolts in recesses 14 opened at an end of the product and insertion holes 80 for inserting female threaded parts 75 of clamping members 70 of the bolts and opened coaxially of the holes 30 of the member 60 and detachably mounted or openably pivotally secured to the end face of the form, and the plurality of the clamping members 70 for towing and clamping the parts 25 of the bolts projected into the holes 40 from the holes 30.
