PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle in which the optimum seat environment can be secured in a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: Main parts 5a, 14a, roughly composing a seat center part at least, of seat frames 5, 14 comprise a resin, they are partly or wholly formed as axially or vertically through net type holding parts, and surface covering members 9, 15 are formed to cover roughly all the surfaces of the main parts 5a, 14a and be detachably set on the net type holding parts to be assembled. By attaching/detaching the surface covering members 9, 15 to/from the main parts 5a, 14a, different types of seat specifications can be provided.
