PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifungal composition that can synergistically increase the antifungal activity of voriconazole and the activity of voriconazole in the treatment of sinuitis by using voriconazole, trovafloxacin and, when necessary, a diluent, an excipient or a carrier. SOLUTION: This antifungal composition comprises (A) voriconazole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug, (B) trovafloxacin or its pharmaceuntically acceptable salt (the methansulfonate of the like) or its prodrug (alatofloxacin or the like), and when necessary, (C) a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent and an excipient or a carrier. The does to human or mammalians is orally or parenterally 0.1-50 mg/kg of voriconazole or its salt/ prodrug and 1-100, preferably 10-40 mg/kg in the case of trovafloxacin or its salt and/or profrug such as alatofloxacin.
