PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a lumber carrier also as a general carrying vehicle by detachably mounting a cut-off lumber loading base on a surface of a dump type carrying bed. SOLUTION: A dump type carrying bed 13 of a lumber carrier 1 is provided with a vertical side strut inserting and holding tool 15 for fixing vertical side struts 16, 16 on at least two positions of both sides. The right and left vertical side struts 16, 16 and a cut-off lumber loading base of an H shape composed of a lateral base 11 laid between the right and left vertical side struts 16, 16 and made in one piece therewith are detachably mounted on the vertical side strut inserting and holding tool 15. In the H-shaped cut-off lumber loading base, the lateral base 11 and the vertical side struts 16, 16 are detachably assembled each other in order to freely adjust an upper surface height at which the lateral base 11 is installed to the vertical side struts 16, 16. |
