PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a head rest which eliminates the work of steam-ironing in a post-process and can finish a wrinkle-free product. SOLUTION: A fabric skin 7 for a head rest which was sewn in a bag shape is set in a foaming mold 1. Next, air is introduced into the skin 7 to inflate the skin 7, and steam 4 is ejected from steam ejection ports formed in the cavity surface of the mold 1 to remove the wrinkles of the skin 7. After that, an expandable raw material is injected into the skin 7 to perform skin-integrated molding. |
