PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently start an engine of a body to be operated without using a booster cord. SOLUTION: A transmitter 2 transmits an operation signal for each channel in accordance with operation quantity of stick levers 6a, 6b. A receiver 9 mounted on a subject body to be operated receives the operation signal transmitted from the transmitter 2 to be converted into a servo signal for each channel. A servo device of the subject body is driven by the servo signal outputted from the receiver 2. On the subject body, a plug heat power source 22 and a plug heat control circuit 13 to control ignition of a glow plug 8 of an engine 30 are provided. The plug heat control circuit 13 controls on/off of an applied voltage to the glow plug 8 by the servo signal from the receiver 9 corresponding to an operation signal of a channel CH1 for engine control transmitted from the transmitter 2 using a voltage supplied from the plug heat power source 22.
