PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact engine suspension structure in which a degree of freedom of a riding attitude is increased by directly suspending a rear end part of an engine on a rear arm bracket to bend an upper end of the rear arm bracket inward and reduce the seat width. SOLUTION: In a motor-cycle in which an upper end part of a rear arm bracket 6 is respectively connected to a rear end part of a pair of right and left tank rails, and an upper end and a lower end of a pair of rear arm brackets 6 are connected to each other by each cross member, the rear arm bracket 6 is of hollow structure, an engine support parts 6g are projected inwardly in the motor-cycle width direction from an inner wall in the width direction of a pair of rear arm brackets 6, and integratedly formed with each other, a tightening means insertion hole is formed in an outer side wall of the rear arm bracket 6, and the rear end part of the engine is tightened and fixed to the engine support parts 6g by a tightening means passed from the outside in the motor-cycle width direction of the rear arm bracket 6.
