PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance and assemblage of an outside air intake part of a cowl top garnish of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A claw 10b for holding a seal 11 is formed at a fitting panel 10 of a garnish 9. A hole 11d is opened in the seal 11 to engaged the claw 11b therein. A plurality of recessed parts 12 continuous in the cross direction of a body are formed at the garnish 9. The bottom face of the recessed part 12 above an outside air intake part of a cowl top panel is opened, and a hole is opened in the side face of the adjacent recessed part 12. The inside of the garnish 9 is therefore invisible from the outside of a vehicle while obtaining sufficient outside air intake quantity. Isolation from an engine room is attained by the seal 11 easy to assemble, so as to lead in fresh outside air.
