PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container locking device suitable for the use in a cleaning ship capable of safely and surely locking a container. SOLUTION: A locking member 43 is turnably provided between the locking position and the unlocking position around a rotary shaft 44, and a free end of the locking member is pivotably supported by a rod tip of a hydraulic cylinder 40. An operator operates the hydraulic cylinder by a control panel to set the locking member at the locking position, and a frame 24 on which a container is placed is supported in a locking condition.
