PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the folding operation of a seat for vehicle and to reduce force necessary to operate (operating force). SOLUTION: The rear part of a seat cushion 9 is rotatably-fitted on the lower part of a seat back 8. The upper end of a front leg 22 is rotatably-fitted on the front lower surface of the seat cushion 9, and its lower end is rotatably- fitted on the floor of a vehicle respectively. A rear leg 38 is integrally-extended from the seat back 8, and its lower end is rotatably-fitted on the floor. The lick releasing mechanism of the seat back 8 is provided on the side of the lower part of the seat back 8 of a seat.
