PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of blisters or the like in hot water and warm water resistance tests by using a film in which base film has a haze of at least a specific value. SOLUTION: An uneven pattern is formed on the surface 1a of a base film 1 consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate film or the like. The base film 1 is adjusted so that its haze is 5 or above. An uneven pattern is not formed on the opposite side face 1b of the base film 1, but it is flat. On the flat face 1b, a transfer layer 2 formed of an ultraviolet curable resin is provided. Further, a protecting flat 3 is formed on the transfer layer 2. A protecting film 3 is provided to prevent dust or the like from sticking to the transfer layer 2 and at the same time, to facilitate the handling of the transfer sheet. In addition, the protecting film 3 is normally a film made of a polyolefin resin or the like such as a low-density polyethylene.
