PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict dew condensation on a display window part by securing heating of the undersurface of a lid body as uniformly as ever while reducing heat effect on a display base plate by a lid heating means. SOLUTION: A lid heater 69 is arranged at a position that allows avoiding of a portion below a display base plate 72 as much as possible. As a result, the display base plate 72 is so arranged as to be immune to the effect of radiation heat above the lid heater 69 to restrict a temperature rise on the perimeter of the display base plate 72 and ultimately dew condensation on the internal surface of a transparent window part 66 attributed to a temperature difference between the inside and outside of the transparent window part 66. The lid heater 69 is provided on a side facing a pot 5 of a radiation plate 53. This enables heating of the undersurface of the lid body 51 in a temperature distribution as uniform as ever during the rice cooking and heat reserving periods.
