PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration device which can change the output easily in response to the change of a load. SOLUTION: One (p) of plural power generation unit is made to a master machine and others (C, Cn) are made to a slave machine. A pump 4 and a liquid-liquid heat exchanger 3 for taking out the calorie from a cooling water are provided in the master machine P. A cooling water pipe 2 circulates the cooling water to the master machine P and slave machines C, Cn. The engine cooling circuits 1A and exhaust heat exchangers 1B of the master machine P and slave machines C, Cn are parallelly connected to the cooling water pipes 2. Therefore, the cooling water can return the calorie collected respectively from respective power generation units to the heat exchanger 3 and supply the calorie to the heat load connected to the outside.
