PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined power plant having a gas turbine and a steam turbine in which the low temperature waste heat of a smoke road gas from a garbage burning furnace and similar process is utilized for the vapor generation and supplied to the improved economical utilization. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas of a gas turbine 1 is supplied to a first waste heat boiler 2 having overheaters 23, 24, a economizer 3, HD evaporator 22 and auxiliary burner 27 and the smoke road gas of a heat convertor is supplied to a second waste heat boiler 10. In a combined power plant having vapor generators 2, 10 for a gas turbine having a generator 28 and a steam turbine 6 having a generator 29, on one side, a high pressure (HD) evaporator 16 having a support pipe system 13 and HD vapor drum 11 is arranged and on the other side, a low pressure (ND) evaporator 17 having a support pipe system 14 and ND vapor drum 12 are arranged in the second abolished heat boiler in which the smoke road gas is circulated.
