PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal shock resistance without reducing electrical characteristics and other properties. SOLUTION: In the epoxy resin powder coating containing a thermal shock modifier and a compatibilizer, the thermal shock modifier is a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer composed of a polystyrene, a hydrogenated polybutadiene and/or a hydrogenated polyisoprene, and the compatibilizer is a liquid polybutadiene having an epoxy group. The thermal shock modifier is preferably incorporated in an amount of 1-20 wt.% based on the entire powder coating. |
