PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular film easily releasable from a columnar member and a tubular member, and to further provide a conveying belt and a fixing device for image forming apparatus utilizing the tubular film. SOLUTION: A tubular film is obtained by winding a thermoplastic sheet-like film 4 around a columnar member 1 and fitting a tubular member to the outside of the wound sheet-like film 4 and heating at least the sheet-like film 4 to bond the overlapped part of the sheet like film. In this case, at least one of the columnar member 1 and the sheet-like film 4 or the sheet-like film 4 and the tubular member is coated with a silane coupling agent.
