PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a fixed strength sufficient for using as construction materials, at the same time, construct at a low cost by easier work and to provide a fixed technology of the end of a membrane body excellent in beauty of a fixed part after the completion. SOLUTION: A fixed structure of the membrane member edge section is formed as an empty for inserting a core, at the same time, a guide hole 31 opening a slit for taking out a membrane member 10 over the longitudinal direction is provided to the front thereof, a joint device capable of being connected to a pulling-in device used for pulling-in is provided to the rear thereof, a fixed instrument 30 providing an interlocking device for fixing between an interlocking member projected to the rear side of a foundation body and the foundation body to be interlocked to the downward front thereof is used, the core of the membrane member is inserted into the guide hole 31, a joint device 34 is pulled in the rear side by the pulling-in device, the interlocking device is moved to the rear side of the interlocking member, and the interlocking device is interlocked with the interlocking member by releasing pulling force resisting the tension of the membrane member 10 to fix the membrane member edge section to the foundation body.
