PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the installation work by arranging a plurality of rectangular panel pans on a support member of a balcony and retaining a stringy seal material in a groove for the seal material of the panel pan and putting a connection cover thereon to fix them. SOLUTION: A panel pan 1 is arranged on a support member 100 of a balcony and a stringy seal material 4 is held in a holding groove 19 for the seal material of an overhung piece 18 of the panel pan 1. A connection cover 5 having a downwardly extended piece 51 whose both ends are connected so as to be bent downwardly is inserted loose in a drain groove 15 formed adjacently to the overhung piece 18 of the panel pan 1. Subsequently, the connection cover 5 is superimposed with the overhung piece 18 of the panel pan 1 and fixed by joining tools 6 such as screws to fit loose the recessed part 52 at the connection cover 5 side to the recessed part 22 of the overhung piece 18 side. Further, a spacer 63 is interposed between the recessed part 22 of the overhung piece 18 side and the support member 100. The stringy seal 4 is pressed in between a pressing face 55 of the seal material of the connection cover 5 and the holding groove 19 for the seal material. Therefore, the structure can prevent water leakage from the periphery of the panel pan.
