PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the field construction for a wainscot panel consisting of an artificial marble plate in a short time by leaving a wainscot parting construction part in the upper part of the surface of a lining board capable of nailing, leaving a skirting construction part in the lower part, and covering the part other than them with an artificial marble thin plate. SOLUTION: A wainscot parting construction part 121 is left in the upper part of the surface of a woody lining board 12 capable of nailing such as veneer, plywood, particle board or the like, a skirting construction part 122 is left in the lower part, and the part other than them is covered with a single artificial marble thin plate 11 or by sticking a plurality thereof to constitute a composite structure. The wainscot parting construction part 121 and/or skirting construction part 122 of a wainscot panel 1 are nailed to fix the wainscot panel 1 to a stud or furring strip, the skirting construction part 122 is covered with a skirting, and the wainscot parting construction part 121 is covered with a wainscot parting 2. Since the artificial marble thin plate 11 is reinforced with the lining board 12, the wainscot panel can be enlarged, and the field construction can be simplified.
