PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore and regenerate a hot spring deep well unusable due to difficulty in equipment as well as to raise the temperature of water by efficiently pumping up hot spring water and raise the water temperature by utilizing the hot spring heat source. SOLUTION: The inside of a well casing 1 inserted from the ground into an underground hot spring water storage area A has its lower part partitioned off to a hermetic water area B by providing a well blocking device 4 positioned in the axial midway. The lower end side of a water supply pipe 5 inserted into the well blocking device 4 is positioned in the hot spring water storage area A. The well hermetic blocking device 4 has the lower end side of a hot water pumping-up pipe 6 inserted into it facing the hermetic water area B. A ground circulating device 7 composed of a hot water storage tank 8 connected to the water supply pipe 5 and the hot water pumping-up pipe 6, a water supply pump 12, a makeup water pipe 13, and a hot water pumping-up pump 15 is installed on the ground.
