摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction based on the simplification of a reset circuit and to surely prevent the abnormal operation of a load at the time of abnormality occurrence in a microcomputer in simple configuration concerning a washing machine provided with plural microcomputers. SOLUTION: This washing machine is provided with a main microcomputer 12 for controlling a washing machine motor 1 or the like and a sub microcomputer 13 for controlling a display part 9 or the like. The reset terminals of both the microcomputers 12 and 13 are directly connected by a reset signal line 20. A reset circuit 21 is commonly provided for resetting both the microcomputers 12 and 13 when turning on and off a power source. Both the microcomputers 12 and 13 are connected by a data communication line 22 and load control is executed while performing data communication. Between the microcomputers 12 and 13, the occurrence of abnormality in the data communication at the time of ordinary operation is mutually monitored and when the occurrence of abnormality is detected in at least one of microcomputers 12 and 13, corresponding to the reset signal outputted from that microcomputer 12 or 13, both the microcomputers 12 and 13 are simultaneously reset.
