PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a functional confectionery capable of easily ingesting nutritional components readily uningestible in usual eating habit and hardly edible in palatability though effective in recovery from fatigue, etc. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this functional food having a confectionery base which is a tablet confectionery is to coat the surface of the confectionery base containing at least one kind of nutritional component selected from the group consisting of royal jelly and collagen with a chocolate.
