PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion member of favorable touch in which a body pressure dispersion effect is high, and in which contact parts are less likely to get stuffy. SOLUTION: A cushion structural body 3 is laminated on a surface of a base member 2 of soft urethane foam or the like, a surface member 5 having specified irregularities formed by vacuum forming is stuck on a surface of thermoplastic material 4 of high viscosity at room temperature having viscoelasticity as the cushion structural body 3, and a back surface member 6 is applied as necessary. For forming this cushion structural body 3, the surface member 5 is vacuum-sucked in a vacuum forming die having recessed parts, so the surface member 5 is tightly applied to the recessed parts, and thermoplastic material 4 provided with fluidity by heat is then filled into the recessed parts of the surface member 5. |
