PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a cured film by using a curable composition which exhibits high surface curability by irradiation with electron rays even at a high oxygen concentration of 500 ppm or more and gives a high hardness coated film. SOLUTION: A curable composition containing a (meth)acrylate compound having 2-6 (meth)acryloyl groups and a vinyl ether compound having 1-6 vinyl ether groups is irradiate with electron rays at an oxygen concentration of 500 ppm or more. It is preferred that the curable composition contains the (meth) acrylate compound and the vinyl ether compound at a ratio of (meth)acryloyl groups to vinyl ether groups of 100:1 to 1:1.
