PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the protruding length of a screw member, which penetrates mounting flanges made of a resin, from the mounting flange. SOLUTION: A pair of mounting flanges 17 extend in the diameteric direction from the bottom of the outside circumferential surface of an outer cylinder member 16. An insert piece of metal 22 in a ring form is embedded fast in each mounting flange 17. An insert hole 22A penetrating in the axial direction is formed in the insert metal piece 22, and the top surface is provided with a spot facing part 22B where the periphery of the hole 22A is made into a recess shape. Because part of the head 23A of a bolt 23 to be inserted in the hole 22A for fastening the flanges 17 to a car body 50 is inserted into the spot facing part 22B, the protruding length of the head 23A of the bolt 23 from the flanges 17 can be decreased in an amount corresponding to the depth of the spot facing part 22B. |
