PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table to serve also as a stool which can easily be carried around. SOLUTION: A folding table to serve also as a stool is equipped with a leg part 100 in which a pair of frames 110 approx. in a channel shape are coupled together in such a way as capable of opening and shutting approx. in the X-form when viewed on the side elevation and a sheet stretched between a pair of top edges 111 of the frames 110. From above the sheet, a top plate 300 is set over removably between the top edges 111 of the frames 110.
