PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical vibration isolating mount with the load applied in the axial direction having such a structure that a shaft member and an outer cylinder member are resiliently coupled together by a cylindrical rubber piece interposed between them, in which the durability of the rubber piece is enhanced while the working easiness in installing the mount on a mounting plate provided protrusively on the peripheral surface of the outer cylinder member is well secured. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder member 14 is composed of a first cylindrical part 50 and a second cylindrical part 52 protruding on both sides of a mounting plate 44 in the axial direction, and only the second part 52 protruding to one side is partially reduced in the diameter in the radial direction where a fixation part 46 for the mounting plate 14 is located so that a minor diameteric wall portion 56 is formed. Thereby the working space around the fixation part 46 is well secured and also the volume of a cylindrical rubber piece 15 to couple together a shaft member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14 is secured, and it is possible to reduce the stress generated in the rubber piece 15 when a load is applied in the axial direction.
