PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism adhesion preventing device for a pile, preventing the adhesion of organisms to the surface of the pile over a long period of time at a low cost. SOLUTION: A ring body 5 provided with spatulas 6 inside is rotatably fitted to a steel pipe pile 10 provided underwater, and a flow facing plate 7 for rotating the ring body 5 by water flow is provided outside of the ring body 5. When water flow is generated around the steel pipe pile 10, the flow facing plate 7 receives this flow to rotate the ring body 5 around the steel pipe pile 10, and the tips 6A of the spatulas 6 provided inside the ring body 5 rub against the surface 10A of the steel pipe pile 10 to scrape off organisms and the like adhering to the surface 10A.
