COATED BOARD AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the blocking of an emulsion coating film. SOLUTION: This coated board is coated by regulating the content of a film-forming aid in a dried and baked coated film to <=3 wt.%, regulating the initial compounded amount of the film-forming aid to <=4 wt.% as an emulsion resin or using core-shell type resin particles comprising a core 1 in the central part and a shell 2 covering the core 1 and having a higher TG of the shell 2 than the TG of the core 1 as a coating material resin in the coated board produced by using an emulsion-based coating material.
