PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight aerated concrete panel having uneven decorative patterns on both sides, heavy parts formed at least to the middle part of the inside of the panel, denseness and beautiful finish free from porosity on the surface by placing the both sides of a semihardened panel between pressing mold parts having an uneven decorative pattern forming face and pressing the mold parts. SOLUTION: A panel in a semihardened state is a lightweight aerated concrete panel having plasticity before autoclave curing. Preferably the hardness of the semihardened panel has 0.6-5.0 kg/cm2 compression strength (strength test measurement method in accordance with JIS A5, 416). A urethane resin, an epoxy resin, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc., are preferably used for the pressing mold parts. Preferably a mold-releasing agent is applied to the pressing parts as a means for preventing fragment in demolding. Preferably reinforcing bars are embedded in the panel.
