PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase water purifying efficiency by effectively actuating magnetic field to water to be treated. SOLUTION: A water treating device 20 is composed of a first storage part 21 of water to be treated in which the water to be treated is made to flow, a plurality of pipes for passing water mounted with a permanent magnet at an outer periphery, a case 23 in which mineral balls 22 are filled and a second storage part 24 storing the water to be treated passed through the case 23. The water to be treated is converted to particulates by the magnetic field where the permanent magnet forms during the water passes through a pipe 11 for passing water and purified. Then mineral is supplied from the mineral balls 22.
