PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate feed water control and improve using property by mixing vapor injected from a spray nozzle with water sucked from a feed water NOZ ZLE due to vapor flow to perform spray and providing a valve for controlling water flow for a communication hole for communicating a feed water tank with a boiler tank. SOLUTION: During non-spray, the relation (pressure on a boiler tank 1 side) < (pressure on a feed water tank 4 side) is kept, a valve element of a valve 7 provided for a communication hole 8 for communicating the feed water tank 4 with the boiler tank 1 is floated over a valve seat. Therefore, water flows from the feed water tank 4 side to the boiler tank 1 side. On the contrary, during spray, pressure of vapor generated by the boiler tank 1 by heating of a heater 6 causes the valve element of the valve 7 to adhere to the valve seat to close the valve. Water flow from the boiler tank 1 to the feed water tank 4 is inhibited, then flow of injection vapor from a spray nozzle 2 sucks water from a feed water nozzle 3, and the both are mixed and sprayed.
