PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel aromatic capable of releasing aromatic components for a long period of time and having a small quantity of aromatic components remaining at the end. SOLUTION: This gel aromatic 1 is provided with a first gel part 2 containing an aromatic component, a second gel part 3 containing an aromatic component higher in concentration than in the first gel part 2, and a third gel part 14 containing a volatile effective component other than the aromatic components, and integrally formed by interposing the second gel part 3 between the first gel part 2 and the third gel part 14 as layer structure. In this case, powder 4 is mixed in at least one of the first gel part 2 and the third gel part 14, and the gel part mixed with the powder 4 forms a porous massive residue part at the end of use.
