PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink ballpoint pen refill without leakage or diffusion of ink or without skipping a line of a handwriting by not increasing bubble retained in the ink as a time is elapsed but rather vanishing the bubble. SOLUTION: In the aqueous ink ballpoint pen refill comprising gel ink 1 having an intermediate viscosity of 45 to 4,000 mPa.s of a viscosity charged in an ink cylinder 1 and a grease-like backflow preventive agent 5 disposed at a tail end side of the ink; the gel ink contains water of a solvent, dye or pigment of a coloring agent, aqueous soluble resin or emulsion resin and a thickening resin, organic solvent to be added as needed and a surfactant, and any one or two or more of an L-ascorbic acid, ascorbic acid isomer, ascorbic acid derivative to be added. |
