PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a cutting operation for forming openings for venting steam and pouring out contents without troubles in selecting cutting spots by a method wherein a linear predetermined part for opening a steam vent and a linear predetermined part for opening a spout are provided side by side on a straight line at an upper part of a container placed upright. SOLUTION: At a predetermined part 6 for opening provided diagonally, extending from an upper seal 5a to a side seal 5b, at a corner at the upper side of a packaging container 1 placed upright, a linear predetermined part 8 of opening a steam vent getting at its end to the position of a notch 7 formed by notching at the upper seal 5a and a linear predetermined part 9 for opening a spout getting at its end to the side seal 5b are provided side by side in continuity on a straight line. On the occasion of venting steam, cutting is made only at the predetermined part 8 for opening the steam vent, and on the occasion of pouring out contents, cutting is made further, reaching the predetermined part 9 for opening the spout. Thereby, the opening for venting steam and the opening for pouring out the contents can be obtained easily only by adjusting the cutting length. |
