PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the total weight of a person under care from loading onto front arms of a care worker and allow the care worker to perform another work by using the upper side of an arm member of a device as a journalling portion for the person under care, using the lower side as an arm rest portion for the care worker, and providing an operating force detecting sensor on the lower side of the arm member. SOLUTION: A base of an arm member 23 whose lower side is held by a front arm 2a of a care worker and upper side supports a person 3 under care, is mounted to the front end of a front parallel link 22 constituting an articulated arm 7, The arm member 23 is constituted with a semi-cylindrical body that is fixed to this base and formed in the projecting shape directing upward. Loading sensors 36, 36 for detecting weight of the person under care are mounted to two front and rear places of the highest portion of the upper surface. Loading sensors 37, 37 for detecting operating force are provided at two longitudinal and transverse positions of the highest portion of the inner surface. All assisting device units 8 such as actuators 30, 31 and driving motor 28 for a rear side parallel link is controlled by inputting detected data by these sensors 36, 37 to a controller. Thus, load of the care worker can be reduced. |
