PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle which can cope with either one of two types including a sort with a lower muffler and a sort with a stack-like muffler. SOLUTION: A polymerization part 1b connected to the rear end edge of a cover body 1a, and having a blind lid part 5, is extended to a radiator cover 1, and a dropping-down recess 3 where the polymerization part 1b is fitted to its upper surface, and can be assembled at the hight same as a weight 2, is formed to the weight 2, while a recessed groove 4 for leading an exhaust pipe whose upper part is opened in the bottom surface of the dropping-down recess 3 is provided penetrating through the vertical direction, to the surface of an engine room P side.
