PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary rubber stamp, a cap and a rotary rubber stamp in which a repeatedly stampable standby condition is kept and when it is stamped, the whole stamped shade is uniform and difference in the shade is not generated and the repeatedly stampable number is increased and there exists no possibility of sticking of ink unnecessary to documents and staining of fingers and which is inexpensive and can be placed on a desk and in a drawer without being bulky. SOLUTION: In a rotary rubber stamp, the stamping face part 8 of a rubber band stamp 7 is formed of a material with large ink impregnating properties and a skirt part 9 wherein the stamping face part can be exposed from the bottom opening part 10 is provided in such a way that the lower end edge 13 of the opening part is located a little higher position s than the bottom end face 14 of the stamping face part on the underside of a side plate 6 for a stamping face. A cap wherein a recessed place whose one side is opened and which makes the skirt part of the above described rotary rubber stamp hookable and removable is provided and an ink feeding pad is stuck on the inner bottom part and outer side face of another side is formed into a plane-like shape is provided. A rotary bubber stamp is prepd. by hooking hookably and removably the cap on the rotary rubber stamp.
