PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work processing and transportation system that is capable of performing tightening of wheels efficiently. SOLUTION: This work processing and transportation system comprises: a work bench 16 that employs a jig to hold a work 1 in position; processing machines 13A, 13B that process the work 1 on the work bench 16; and, first and second transport benches 38 that are positioned away from each other on the periphery of the work bench 16 in the circumferential direction thereof and that turn around the work bench 16 in synchronism with each other to move to a first position and a second position. Transport machines 34, 51, which have a transport direction in the radial direction of the work bench 16 and transport the work 1 with the jig to and from the work bench 16, are provided in the work bench 16 and each of the transport benches 38. The first position corresponds to a work loading port 5 at which the work 1 before processing is loaded into the first or second transport bench 38. The second position corresponds to a work unloading port 35 at which the work 1 after processing is unloaded from the first or second transport bench 38.
