PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic signal provided with a light emitting means, a plurality of reflector means for reflecting illumination light, arranged on one of both sides of the light emitting means, and tilting means for changing the tilting angles of the respective reflector means so as to prevent incident light from the outside, from being reflected by the reflector means during indicating of a signal. SOLUTION: A plurality of optical scanning elements is arranged in curved surface-form on the inner surface of a reflector 2, and tilt drive mechanism 3 for tilting a plurality of optical elements up to a predetermined angle is provided. Further, at least one kind of tilt angle groups for each element are stored or delivered into and from a memory part, and the tilt angle groups are distributed among the elements, and are designated in accordance with turn-on and -off by means of a gate part. Preferably, a scheduler part for an allowable delivery time for the tilt angle groups is provided, or the elements are formed by a semiconductor process. A reflector 2a is provided facing a light emitting part 11.
