PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular console box that is easy and inexpensive to assemble. SOLUTION: A console box body is assembled from a front console 1 and a rear console 2. The front console 1 is mounted with a console garnish. The rear console 2 has in its forward portion a recession 25 having two mounting holes 25a oriented upward. The front console 1 has in its back portion a notch 10b and in a garnish-mounted opening 18 a flange 19 having two mounting holes 19b oriented upward. The back portion of the front console 1 including the notch 10b is placed over the recession 25 of the rear console 2, and both front and rear consoles 1 and 2 are coupled via two-piece clips driven in the mounting holes 19b and 25a.
