PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device of wheel anti-skid system which effectively prevents disengagement of a fork-shaped joint hook from an engagement hole formed in the joint portion of the anti-skid net body during running of a motor vehicle and improves installation workability. SOLUTION: The fork-shaped joint hooks 21a, 21b of a fastening buckle 7 which are fit into engagement holes 12a, 12b longitudinally formed in joint portions 9a, 9b of an anti-skid net body 9 are broadened along the circumferential direction of a tire. Each of the respective leading ends of the joint hooks 21a, 21b are internally bent toward radial direction of the tire to form bent portions 21x, 21x. That is, bent points of the leading ends of the joint hooks 21a, 21b are internally bent at the angle of 70 deg.. The bent angle may be set to 20 deg., 40 deg., 90 deg. and the like.
