PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent weather resistance and being gentle to an environment to be manufactured in high yield in the sheet in which a design is printed by using printing ink having excellent interlayer close adhesive properties to a sheet surface and an adhesive force by using a polyolefin resin sheet as a base material sheet. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet comprising a transparent or translucent polyolefin resin sheet 1, a design print layer 3 formed on one surface of the sheet 1, a concealing solid layer 4 formed on the layer 3, a gloss regulating layer 5 formed on the other surface of the sheet 1, and a surface design print layer 6 formed on the layer 5 and having a gloss different from that of the layer 5, the layer 3 is formed of printing ink containing acrylic resin and urethane resin.
