OSB PANEL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of a wooden structural heat insulating OSB panel of a building and a house having excellent bonding strength and durability. SOLUTION: The upper and rear surface materials of an OSB panel comprise an oriented strand board(OSB) and the core material thereof comprises a polystyrene foam. In this case, the adhesive of the upper and rear surface materials and the core material is set to a humidity curable urethane type reactive hot- melt adhesive.
